Sample Car Purchase Agreement

Parties Involved:

Seller: ABC Motors LLC

Buyer: John Doe

Vehicle Description:

The vehicle involved in this transaction is a 2021 Toyota Camry, VIN 1HGBH41JXMN109186, or other specified make and model as agreed upon in subsequent negotiations.

Purchase Terms:

The Buyer agrees to purchase the vehicle for the total price of $20,000, payable in full at the time of transfer of ownership, unless otherwise specified herein.
