Parties Involved:
Petitioner: John Doe

Marriage Details:
The parties were married on January 15, 2010, in Los Angeles, California, and have been living separately since March 1, 2023.
Divorce Terms:
The parties agree to dissolve their marriage and settle all matters related to property division, spousal support, and custody as outlined below.
Property and Asset Division:
The parties agree to divide their community property as follows: Petitioner shall receive the residence located at 123 Maple Avenue, and Respondent shall retain personal belongings and financial accounts as specified in Exhibit A.
Child Custody and Support:
