Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 1011 Ocean Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90003, or other properties as mutually agreed upon in writing.
Management Terms:
The property manager shall oversee the daily operations of the property, including maintenance, tenant relations, rent collection, and compliance with applicable laws. The management fee shall be 8% of the gross monthly rent, payable monthly in arrears.
