Parties Involved:

Party A: John Smith

Party B: Jane Doe

Purpose of Agreement:

This Agreement sets forth the terms for the separation of the Parties’ common law relationship, including property division, support, and other relevant arrangements, in accordance with California law.

Separation Terms:

The Parties agree to live separately and settle all related matters fairly, including division of assets and liabilities, effective as of the date signed below.

Property Division:
