Parties:
Consultant: XYZ Consulting Inc.
Address: 123 Business Rd, Los Angeles, CA 90001
Client: Acme Corporation

Scope of Services:
The Consultant shall provide professional consulting services related to business process improvement and strategic planning as detailed in Schedule A attached hereto.
Compensation and Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Consultant a fee of $10,000, payable in installments as specified in Schedule B, upon completion of milestones.
Duration and Termination:
This Agreement commences on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of 6 months unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
Consultant Responsibilities:
The consultant agrees to perform the services diligently, professionally, and in accordance with applicable laws and standards of practice.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Los Angeles County.
Additional Terms:
- The parties shall keep confidential all proprietary information exchanged during the term of this Agreement.
