Parties Involved:
Employer: XYZ Corporation

Employee: Jane Doe

Position and Duties:
The Employee shall serve as a Marketing Manager, responsible for overseeing marketing campaigns, client relations, and strategic planning as directed by the Employer.
Compensation and Benefits:
The Employee shall receive an annual salary of CAD 60,000, payable bi-weekly, along with standard benefits including extended health coverage, paid vacation, and statutory holidays.
Term and Termination:
This employment shall commence on March 1, 2024, and continue until terminated by either party with a minimum of two weeks’ notice.
Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia. Disputes shall be resolved within the courts of Vancouver, BC.
