Parties Involved:
Employer: XYZ Corporation

Position and Duties:
The Employee shall serve in the capacity of Senior Marketing Specialist, responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and supporting sales initiatives as directed by the Employer.
Compensation:
The Employee shall receive an annual salary of $80,000, payable bi-weekly, subject to applicable taxes and deductions as per California law.
Work Hours:
The Employee’s regular working hours shall be from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with meal breaks as mandated by law.
