Parties Involved:
Service Provider: ABC Technology Solutions Inc.

Scope of Work:
The Service Provider shall deliver the services outlined in Attachment A, including but not limited to software development, support, and maintenance, as agreed upon by both parties.
Terms and Conditions:
The services shall be provided in accordance with the schedule set forth herein and shall comply with all applicable laws and standards. Payment terms are specified in Section 4.
Payment Terms:
The Client shall pay the Service Provider a total fee of $50,000, payable within 30 days of invoice receipt, following milestones outlined in Attachment B.
Service Provider Responsibilities:
The Service Provider commits to performing the services diligently, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to the timeline specified in the agreement.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located within San Francisco County.
