Parties Involved:

Sponsor: XYZ Corporation

Beneficiary: ABC Event Organization
Address: 456 Event Plaza, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Sponsorship Details:

The Sponsor agrees to provide financial support or goods/services to the Beneficiary for the purpose of supporting the event titled “Annual Tech Conference 2024,” scheduled for March 15-17, 2024, at the LA Convention Center.

Sponsorship Terms:

The Sponsor commits to a sponsorship amount of $50,000, payable in installments as follows: 50% upon signing this agreement, and the remaining 50% by February 15, 2024. Benefits include logo exposure, speaking opportunities, and event material inclusion.

Sponsor Responsibilities:

The Sponsor agrees to fulfill its payment obligations timely and cooperate with the Beneficiary to ensure the sponsorship benefits are executed as outlined.

Governing Law:
