Franchisor: XYZ Franchising Inc.

Franchisee: ABC Investments LLC

Franchise Location:

The franchise shall operate at 789 Commerce Street, Los Angeles, CA 90003, or any other location as mutually agreed upon.

Term of Agreement:

The initial term of this franchise agreement shall be five (5) years, commencing on the date of signing, with options for renewal subject to mutual agreement.

Fees and Payments:

The franchisee shall pay an initial franchise fee of $50,000, with ongoing royalties of 6% of gross sales payable weekly. Additional advertising contributions may apply as specified herein.
