Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 1234 Ocean Park, Los Angeles, CA 90066, or other specified real estate as detailed in subsequent negotiations.
Agency Terms:
The agent shall be authorized to act on behalf of the principal to perform duties related to marketing, showing, and negotiating sales or lease agreements for the property, in accordance with California law and professional standards.
Compensation:
