Parties Involved:

Equipment Description:

The equipment covered by this agreement includes a portable generator, model GEN-1000, serial number 56789, located at the Lessee’s designated worksite.

Rental Terms:

The Lessee shall rent the equipment for a period of 30 days, commencing on __________ and ending on __________, at a rate of $100 per day, payable in advance.

Lessor Responsibilities:

The Lessor agrees to deliver the equipment in good working condition and provide necessary instructions for safe operation.

Lessee Responsibilities:
