Parties Involved:

Referring Party: ABC Referral Services

Recipient Party: XYZ Real Estate LLC

Referral Details:

The Referring Party agrees to refer potential clients to the Recipient Party for real estate transactions within California under the terms of this agreement.

Compensation Terms:

The Recipient Party shall pay the Referring Party a referral fee amounting to 25% of the gross commission received from the referred transaction, payable within 30 days after the completion of the transaction.

Parties’ Responsibilities:

The Referring Party shall provide accurate contact information and maintain confidentiality. The Recipient Party shall perform all services diligently and shall notify the Referring Party of any referred clients.

Governing Law:
