Property Description:

The premises subject to this lease are located at 789 Maple Drive, Calgary, AB T3K 0A1, or any other property designated herein.

Lease Terms:

The lease shall commence on the __ day of ________, 20__, and shall continue until the __ day of ________, 20__, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this agreement.

Rent Details:
