Parties:

Property Description:

The premises rented under this agreement are located at 789 Oak Drive, Toronto, ON M9P 2K4, or another designated residential property as specified herein.

Rental Terms:

The monthly rent shall be CAD 1,200, payable on the first day of each month, starting from the commencement date of this agreement. The rent includes utilities as specified.

Tenant Responsibilities:

The tenant agrees to maintain the property in good condition, comply with all applicable laws, and respect the terms of this agreement.

Landlord Responsibilities:

The landlord shall ensure the property is fit for occupancy and perform necessary repairs, subject to applicable laws.

Governing Law:
