Parties Involved:

Service Provider: XYZ Services LLC
Address: 123 Business Road, Los Angeles, CA 90001

Client: ABC Corporation
Address: 456 Commerce Street, Los Angeles, CA 90002

Scope of Services:

The Service Provider agrees to perform the services outlined in Schedule A, including but not limited to consulting, development, and support services, as detailed in this agreement.

Compensation:

The Client shall pay the Service Provider as specified in Schedule B, based on hourly rates, fixed fees, or milestones, as applicable. Payment shall be due within 30 days of invoice receipt.

Service Provider Responsibilities:

Governing Law:
