Property Description:

The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90028, or other designated premises as specified herein.

Rental Terms:

The tenant shall pay a rental fee of $150 per night for a maximum stay of 14 days, payable in advance. Security deposit of $500 is required upon signing.
