Sample Employee Confidentiality Agreement (California)

Parties Involved:

Employee: John Doe

Confidentiality Obligations:

The employee agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information acquired during employment, including but not limited to trade secrets, client data, and company strategies, both during and after employment termination.

Term of Confidentiality:

This confidentiality obligation shall remain in effect for a period of two years following the termination of employment or as specified herein.

Employee Responsibilities:
