Property Description:
The property subject to this agreement is located at 789 Oak Drive, Toronto, ON M2J 4M3, or other property specified in subsequent negotiations.
Lease and Purchase Terms:
The tenant agrees to lease the property with the option to purchase, with monthly rent of $2,200, and an agreed purchase price of $450,000. A portion of rent payments may be credited towards the purchase price as specified herein.
