Campaign Details:
The Influencer agrees to promote the Brand’s products/services through agreed-upon content, including social media posts, stories, videos, or other media formats, as detailed in this agreement.
Compensation:
The Influencer shall receive a total payment of $X, payable upon completion of deliverables, as specified in Schedule A. Additional incentives or bonuses may be included.
Influencer Responsibilities:
The Influencer agrees to create and publish content in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Brand, ensure authenticity, and adhere to applicable advertising laws and standards.
Legal & Compliance:
The Influencer warrants that all content will be original, comply with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, and include appropriate disclosures of sponsored content.
